Soft, cosy and naturally warm, these 100% merino wool socks are hand-dyed in small batches using weld, a traditional plant dye treasured for its clear, luminous yellow. This batch has produced a bright daffodil yellow, a cheerful, sunshine-filled shade that really stands out.
Perfect for everyday wear, gentle walks, or relaxing at home, they bring together the natural performance of merino wool with the brightness of botanical colour.
Material
100% pure merino wool: breathable, insulating and wonderfully soft against the skin.
Naturally Dyed with Weld
Each pair is dyed by hand in my home studio using weld (Reseda luteola), a historic dye plant known for creating lightfast, glowing yellows. This particular batch leans into a lively daffodil tone, fresh, joyful and full of warmth. Because natural dyeing is done in small batches, every pair carries subtle variations in brightness and depth, part of their one-of-a-kind charm.
Care
Hand wash gently in warm water with a small amount of mild eco detergent. Rinse well and dry flat away from direct heat or sunlight. Natural dyes may soften and mellow slightly over time, part of their natural charm.

Why Merino Wool?
Merino wool helps regulate temperature, keeping feet warm in the cold and comfortable when it’s milder. It’s naturally breathable, moisture-wicking and odour-resistant, ideal for everyday wear without overheating.
Please Note
These socks are dyed in very small batches. Slight variations in tone and depth of colour are a natural and beautiful part of the hand-dying process.
